Kathryn, the CEO of Girl Friday Nashville, was born and raised in Music City and built her business on a deep passion for helping others. A devoted mom of two and lifelong horse lover, she lives to serve and believes that when people have the freedom to focus on what they do best, incredible things happen. Her goal is simple but powerful: to take the weight off her clients’ shoulders so they can dream big, succeed boldly, and truly enjoy their lives. With heart, hustle, and a deep understanding of what busy people need, she leads Girl Friday with purpose and care.
Virginia Bailey
Virginia is the Client Relations Manager at Girl Friday. Virginia is a mother of two with a heart for helping others and a knack for keeping life running smoothly. Recently relocated from Knoxville, she brings years of experience running her own business and a strong background in home organization, personal assistance, and estate management. Virginia thrives on creating order from chaos and takes pride in making life easier for those around her. Now happily settled in the area, she’s excited to bring her talents to a new community she already loves.
Alice Jennings
Alice is the Vendor Coordinator at Girl Friday Nashville, bringing decades of warmth, wisdom, and hands-on experience to the team. A proud mother of two, grandmother of seven, and great-grandmother of one, she was born in rural Kentucky and has called Tennessee home for over 40 years. With a background in bookkeeping and office management, her true expertise lies in the home. She’s a master of home care and knows what it takes to keep things running smoothly. Whether coordinating vendors or sharing her love of cooking, Alice brings heart and reliability to all she does.
Hayley Mitchell
Hayley is a Nashville native who is serving as our Vendor and Property Coordinator. She brings a people-first approach to her role with a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills. She manages property operations and vendor partnerships efficiently and with care. She is passionate about building genuine connections and helping others feel at ease—whether it's through smooth coordination, clear communication, or a commitment to excellent service. She is a wife and mom that loves to spend time with friends and family. Her background in her family-run events business makes her passionate about seeing the growth in Girl Friday Nashville
Christie Timm
Christie Timm is the bookkeeper at Girl Friday Nashville, bringing nearly a decade of experience and a deep understanding of creative businesses. Currently from Washington, she’s a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor who keeps our books clean, current, and stress-free. Since 2015, she’s helped solopreneurs and freelancers across the U.S. get clear on their finances and focus more on growing their business. Christie thrives on structure and loves making the numbers side of things feel simple and manageable.
